  Product Introduction:  Seat type vibrating feeder, also known as vibrating feeder. The seat type vibrating feeder can uniformly, timed, and continuously feed block and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device in the production process. In the sand and gravel production line, it can continuously and uniformly feed the crushing machinery and perform coarse screening on the materials. It is widely used in crushing and screening equipment in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasive and other industries.  working principle:  The feeding process of this series of feeders uses a specially designed vibration motor or two motors to drive the exciter, causing the feeding trough to undergo periodic linear reciprocating or circular vibration along the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the acceleration of the feeding trough vibration is greater than the gravitational acceleration, the coal in the trough is thrown up and jumps forward according to a parabolic trajectory. The throwing and falling are completed in an instant. Due to the continuous excitation of the excitation source, the feeding trough continues to vibrate, and the material in the trough continuously jumps forward to achieve the purpose of conveying the material. Installation requirements:  When using a seat type vibrating feeder for batching and quantitative feeding, in order to ensure uniform and stable feeding and prevent material self flow, it should be installed horizontally. If continuous feeding of general materials is carried out, it can be installed with a downward tilt of 10 °. For viscous materials and materials with high moisture content, they can be installed with a downward tilt of 15 degrees.  After installation, the feeder should have a 20mm clearance for horizontal movement, and the suspension device should be connected flexibly.  Before the air test, all bolts should be tightened once, especially the foundation bolts of the vibration motor, which should be re tightened after running continuously for 3-5 hours.  During the test drive, the two vibration motors must rotate in reverse to ensure the stability of current and noise. If any abnormalities are found, they should be stopped and dealt with in a timely manner.  5. Lubricating grease should be added to the motor bearings every two months, and lubricating oil should be added once a month during high temperature seasons.
