GZT type vibrating feeder, also known as bar feeder, is a feeder that uniformly transports large blocks of materials. It adopts a double eccentric shaft exciter, which can withstand the impact of large blocks of materials and has a large feeding output. This rod feeder is particularly suitable for feeding materials before coarse crushing in the hydropower industry, construction stone materials, metal ores, and other industries. The vibration feeder series produced by Integrity Vibration can be divided into steel plate structure and grate structure. Steel plate structure feeders are mostly used in sand and gravel production lines to evenly feed all materials into the crushing equipment; The feeder with a grate structure can perform coarse screening on materials, making the system more economical and reasonable in configuration.
working principle:
The GZT series vibrating feeder is driven by a new type of vibrating motor. This series of vibrating feeders is used for uniform feeding before the coarse crusher. At the same time, due to the effect of the rod screen surface, it can also remove small materials such as soil, achieving the function of pre screening and improving the coarse crushing capacity. This series of vibrating feeders is equipped with a new type of vibration motor or exciter for vibration. The frame type ring groove rivet is riveted, and the protective plate and rod are made of manganese steel. The structure is sturdy, strong, impact resistant, wear-resistant, and easy to use and maintain.

Installation and maintenance
When the feeder is used for batching and quantitative feeding, in order to ensure uniform and stable feeding and prevent material self flow, it should be installed horizontally. If continuous feeding of general materials is carried out, it can be installed with a downward tilt of 10 °. For viscous materials and materials with high moisture content, they can be installed with a downward tilt of 15 degrees.
After installation, the feeder should have a 20mm clearance for movement, and should be horizontal. The suspension device should be connected flexibly.
Before the air test, all bolts should be tightened once, especially the foundation bolts of the vibrating electromagnetic system. After running continuously for 3-5 hours, they should be re tightened once.
During the test drive, the two vibration motors must rotate in reverse.
5. During the feeding process, the stability of amplitude, current, and noise should be regularly checked, and any abnormalities should be promptly stopped for handling.
6. Lubricating oil should be added to electromagnetic bearings every 2 months, and lubricating oil should be added once a month during high temperature seasons.
Safety operation regulations
The feeder should be installed on a fixed foundation according to the prescribed installation method. Before the official operation of the mobile feeder, the wheels should be wedged with triangular wooden wedges or braked with brakes. To avoid movement during work, when multiple feeders are operating in parallel, there should be a one meter passage between machines and between machines and walls.
Before using the feeder, it is necessary to check whether all operating parts, tape buckles, and load-bearing devices are normal, and whether the protective equipment is complete. The tension of the tape must be adjusted to a proper degree before starting.
3. The belt feeder should be started with no load. Only after normal operation can the material be fed in. It is prohibited to feed before driving.
When several feeders are running in series, they should be started sequentially from the discharge end. Only after all are operating normally can the material be fed in.
When the tape deviates during operation, it should be stopped for adjustment and not forced to be used to avoid wear on the edges and increased load.
6. The working environment and the temperature of the delivered materials shall not be higher than 50 ℃ and lower than -10 ℃. Do not transport materials containing acidic or alkaline oils and organic solvents.
7. Pedestrians or passengers are prohibited on the conveyor belt.
8. Before parking, the feeding must be stopped first, and the vehicle can only be stopped after all the materials stored on the belt have been unloaded.
9. The feeder motor must have good insulation. Do not pull or drag the cables of the mobile feeder randomly. The electric motor should be reliably grounded.
When the belt slips, it is strictly prohibited to pull the belt by hand to avoid accidents.
