  Electromagnetic vibration feeder  Product details introduction:  The electromagnetic vibration feeder series is used to quantitatively, uniformly, and continuously transport block, granular, and powdery materials from storage bins or funnels to the receiving device. It can be used as a feeding device for belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screening equipment, cement mills, crushers, crushers, and viscous granular or powdery materials in various industrial sectors; Used in processes such as automatic batching, quantitative packaging, and automatic control. Widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, power, machinery, grain, and medicine.  working principle:  The electromagnetic vibration feeder is a relatively complete elastic system with dual particle directional forced vibration. The entire system operates in a low critical resonance state, and by using an electromagnetic exciter to drive the trough to perform reciprocating vibration at a certain inclination angle, the material moves along the trough. Material 2 is placed on the feeding tank 1 supported by the main vibration spring 3, and the armature 4 is integrated with the main vibration spring of the tank. The coil 6 is wound around the iron core 5. The unidirectional pulsating current after half wave rectification flows through the coil, thus generating corresponding pulsed electromagnetic force in the electromagnet. In the positive half cycle of alternating current, pulsating current flows through the coil, generating pulsating electromagnetic attraction between the iron core and the armature, causing the groove to move backward, and the main spring of the exciter to deform, storing potential energy; In the negative half cycle, no current passes through the coil, and the electromagnetic force disappears. The armature separates from the electromagnet under the action of the spring force, causing the material groove to move forward. In this way, the material groove continuously oscillates back and forth at the frequency of the AC power supply.  Product features:  1. Small size and light weight.
