  K series reciprocating coal feeder  The K-type reciprocating coal feeder is used for feeding coal or other loose granular materials with low polishing and viscosity. It continuously and uniformly unloads the materials in the storage bin or pit into the transportation equipment or other screening equipment.  This equipment can evenly feed coal from the coal bunker to the conveyor or other screening equipment, and is suitable for mines and coal preparation plants.  1. Structure: The coal feeder consists of a funnel, a reducer, a common motor, a transmission platform, a transmission mechanism, a bottom plate (coal feeding plate), a coal feeding body, a support roller, and a gate.  2. Principle: The electric motor drives the bottom plate to make linear reciprocating motion on the roller through the reducer and crank connecting rod mechanism, thereby evenly unloading the material onto the conveyor or other screening equipment.  There are two structural types of coal feeders: those with regulating gates and those without regulating gates.  The productivity with adjustable gates can be controlled by the gates, and the productivity listed in the table above is the productivity when adjusted to the maximum position (equivalent to without adjustable gates)
