(1) Design background
At present, the small vibrating screens used in the building materials industry of the domestic metallurgical industry are mostly integrated vibrating or feeding screening machines, and the whole machine vibrating screen accounts for 80% of the market, especially in the screening equipment under the blast furnace trough of steel plants in the metallurgical industry. Its poor environmental protection effect and difficult maintenance have become the main problems that urgently need to be solved. To improve the environmental protection effect and maintenance difficulty of these usage sites, our company has launched a dual element linear environmental protection screen, which has obtained a national new utility patent (patent number: ZL 2019 2 0136192.7)
(2) Introduction to Dual Linear Environmental Protection Screen
The SZHS series dual element linear environmental screening equipment is a small environmental screening device developed by our company based on environmental protection needs and human resource shortages. It is suitable for use in process requirements with a processing capacity of less than 300t/h.
(3) Structure
The vibrating feeder and vibrating screen are combined into one, with the vibrating feeder in the direction of the feed inlet and the sieve in the direction of the discharge outlet. The feeding and screening work is completed in the same static sealed space. The vibration source of the vibrating screen adopts two parallel vibration motors installed on both sides of the sealed screen box, with a simple structure and easy maintenance.
(4) Working principle
The vibrating feeder has two vibration motors that transport materials to the vibrating screen surface in reverse rotation. The two parallel vibration motors on both sides of the vibrating screen support shaft rotate in reverse to produce linear motion, which grades the materials.
(5) Structural advantages and characteristics
1. The feeder and vibrating screen are combined into one, and the entire feeder is sealed inside the feeding end of the vibrating screen. The vibration source of the feeder is located outside the sealing body. By connecting with the sealing cover through rubber soft connection, it greatly saves height space.
2. The vibrating feeder is placed inside the vibrating screen, reducing the disadvantage of dust overflow. The gate chute is directly inserted into the feeder at the feeding port of the vibrating screen, improving the environmental protection effect.
3. The vibration of the entire screen mesh is reduced, and the screen edge does not participate in the vibration, which reduces the mass of vibration and reduces the impact on the floor slab.
4. The vibration source is placed on the outside of the screening box, which is easy to disassemble and saves labor costs.
5. Small vibration mass, low motor power, and low energy consumption.
6. The vibration source is placed on the outside of the screen box, making it difficult for dust to enter the bearing chamber and extending the service life of the bearing.
7. The feeding system is sealed at the feeding end of the vibrating screen, and the material flows from the chute gate to the feeding port, then to the discharge chute of the vibrating screen and its upper screen material, and finally to the discharge funnel and chute of the lower screen material, achieving complete hard connection sealing. There are no dust overflow points, which can reduce the dust removal ports of the screening system under the blast furnace trough, and save the dust removal energy consumption of all vibrating screens, as well as the material and labor costs of environmental protection equipment maintenance to a greater extent.
8. Compared with the feeding environmental protection integrated machine, the dual source linear environmental protection screen has a more user-friendly design and simple and convenient maintenance.
