Rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise and high efficiency. It takes 3-5 minutes to quickly change the screen and has a fully enclosed structure. It is suitable for screening and filtering materials such as particles, powder, and mucus. The rotary vibrating screen is driven by an upright motor as the excitation source. Eccentric heavy hammers are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert its rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower ends can change the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface.
1. Small size, light weight, easy to move, adjustable discharge direction, automatic discharge of coarse and fine materials, and can be operated automatically or manually.
2. High screening accuracy and efficiency, any powder, particle, or mucus can be used.
3. The sieve does not block, the powder does not fly, and the finest screening can reach 500 mesh (28 microns). The finest filtration can reach 5 microns.
4. Unique grid design (mother and child type), long-lasting use of screen mesh, easy replacement of screen mesh, only 3-5 minutes, simple operation, and easy cleaning.
5. No mechanical action, easy maintenance, can be used in single or multiple layers, and the parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel (except for medical use).
Any particle, powder, or mucus within a certain range can be screened in various powder industries.
Industry: resin powder, pigments, laundry detergent, micro powder, paint, soda ash, lemon powder, rubber, plastics, etc.
Abrasive and ceramic industries: alumina, quartz sand, slurry, spray soil particles.
Food industry: sugar, salt, alkali, monosodium glutamate, milk powder, soybean milk, yeast, juice, soy sauce, vinegar, etc.
Paper industry: coating coatings, clay mud, black and white liquid, waste liquid, paper making liquid, wastewater recycling.
Metallurgical industry: titanium oxide, zinc oxide, electromagnetic materials, metal powders, welding rod powders, etc.
Pharmaceutical industry: Chinese medicine powder, Chinese medicine liquid, Western medicine powder, Western medicine liquid, Chinese and Western medicine granules, etc.
Environmental protection: garbage, human and animal manure, waste oil, food wastewater, wastewater processing, etc.
Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Check if the motor label matches the requirements.
2. Measure the insulation resistance with a 500 volt megohmmeter, and the value should be dried for the stator winding. The drying temperature should not exceed 120 ℃.
3. Check all fasteners of the motor to prevent looseness.
4. Check the surface of the motor for any damage or deformation.
5. Check if the rotation is flexible, and if there are any abnormalities, they should be eliminated.
6. Check the power supply for phase loss and run it without load for 5 minutes.
Installation and adjustment
1. The motor should be fastened on the installation surface, which must be smooth and even.
2. The motor can be installed horizontally.
3. The motor lead adopts a four core rubber cable YZ-500V. When connecting to the power supply, the lead out cable is not allowed to have sharp bends and is reliably fixed to the vibrating body.
4. The motor should have a reliable grounding, with a grounding device inside the motor and markings on the lead ends. It can also be grounded using sturdy bolts on the base.
5. Adjustment of excitation force.
Usage and maintenance:
1. This machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.
2. During the initial operation of this machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
3. When the rotation direction of the motor does not meet the requirements, adjust the phase sequence of the power supply.
4. The motor should ensure good lubrication, and lithium based grease (ZL-3) should be replenished every two weeks of operation. When refueling, an appropriate amount of lithium based grease should be added through the oil cup. When using sealed bearings, the motor is not equipped with an oil cup.
5. After running the machine for 1500 hours, the bearings should be checked and replaced immediately if there is serious damage.
6. When the machine is stopped for a long time and used again, the insulation resistance should be measured, which should be greater than 0.5 megohms for a 500 volt megohmmeter measurement.
Daily maintenance:
1. Before startup:
(1) Check whether the coarse and fine nets are damaged
(2) Is each group of tie rings locked tightly
2. At startup:
(1) Pay attention to any abnormal noise
(2) Is the current stable
(3) Is there any abnormality in the vibration
3. After use: Clean up immediately after each use
Regular maintenance: Regularly inspect the coarse mesh, fine mesh, and springs for fatigue and damage, and check whether any parts of the machine are damaged due to vibration. Parts that require lubrication must be lubricated with oil.
