The vibrating screen plays a very important role in the mining industry, but it is often accompanied by noise in the production process. The vibration reduction and noise reduction of the vibrating screen should be achieved in the following ways

　　1. Check whether the bolts of each fastener are loose. If there is any looseness, tighten them to avoid additional vibration caused by the looseness of individual components.

　　Add rubber plates to the side panels, inlet and outlet of the sieve box to absorb the noise generated by the vibration of the vibrating screen.

　　Damping treatment can be applied between the inner and outer sleeves of three pairs of bearings, and the rolling elements of the bearings can be made into hollow rolling elements or damping materials can be added inside the hollow rolling elements.

　　Replace steel springs with rubber springs or composite springs, and add a soft soundproof cover to the exciter.

　　5. Use polyurethane or rubber screen plates instead of steel screen plates for vibrating screens. Polyurethane material has a high elastic modulus and low internal resistance. After using rubber springs, it can significantly reduce some noise.

　　6. Replace steel gears with flexible spoke gears. During the production process, the meshing of steel gears will produce a lot of noise. Due to the high internal resistance and elastic deformation of rubber, it can absorb more vibration energy.
